Sexual abuse

Research indicates that men who are survivors of childhood sexual abuse may be at increased risk for the following sexual problems: compulsive sexual behavior, sexually aggressive behavior, multiple sexual partners, fear and sexual avoidance, erectile problems, premature ejaculation, retarded ejaculation, fetishism and sadomasochism. Men who have been sexually abused may have difficulty establishing trust, forming stable relationships, and integrating sex and emotional intimacy in adulthood.
