Post SSRI sexual dysfunction (PSSD) has been reported after discontinuation of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressants. Although uncommon, PSSD can last for months or may cause permanent sexual dysfunction. This may be a specific subtype of SSRI discontinuation syndrome.
