Does this treatment really work? Viagra has helped me get a hard shaft but not a hard glans. I am quite frustrated and feel somewhat hopeless. Is this treatment expensive?

Also I too have lost much of the sensation in my glans thanks to Post SSRI Sexual Dysfunction (PSSD). The hard thing for me is I am a single guy of 26. Using something like this with a new girl friend rather than a wife will probably be incredibly embarrassing. Viagra is discrete but this is not really. Anyhow I need to figure out how to try this treatment. Do most urologists know about it? Please also let us know if this continues to work.
“I got diagnosed with soft glans only a few months ago and have been using MUSE with my wife ever since. If you haven’t used it yet, its something that you definitely have to get used to. Mentally, it takes some strength to apply the medicine – its not the most pleasant thing in the world, but with some practice it starts to feel routine. I use MUSE and yes, it works, and yes, there is a nasty taste that comes with it thats actually kind of intense, so oral sex (after applying it) is out of the question. But it gets the spongiosum and glans to a better point than they would be otherwise. It might be difficult to be covert with it, if thats the goal. Certainly its not like a pill. But if you have soft glans, its probably the best way to maximize your experience for now. They’re just scratching the surface in understanding this condition, so I’m hopeful that there will be better treatment option before too long. Fingers crossed.

Unfortunately I have tried MUSE and it didn’t work for me It also hurt. I had this burning sensation that continued for like 2 hours after wards. I tried it on two different occasions and then gave up on it.
