Trimix gel

I am currently using Trimis 30/3/30 and injecting it. I use from 10 to 25 units. It is almost impossible to travel with Trimix, either the vial or pre-loaded needles. There is no way to keep it refrigerated. We recently took a trhree day train trip – no way. Is the Trimix gel a good alternative? Is it effective? would one use the same doage as the injectable? Thanks.
